The Pathways family offers an ongoing series of classes and open forums year-round to invite Lehigh Valley locals and visitors alike to share in the holistic healing experience. Our educational opportunities are designed to empower others to share very special healing techniques, recipes and practices and are an inexpensive way to enjoy an evening learning how to cleanse, nourish and transform your life.

Part 1 6:30-7:15 This will be a time for all united to ask questions about health issues, nutrition, sprouting, how the mental and emotion body influence our physical body, how to manage a parasite burden, how disease starts in the bowel, and so forth.
Part 2 7:15-8 Weight Loss Q & A session hosted by our very own success story, Lisa Umstead.
Part 3 8-8:45 Awaken 2 Self- Recharge, restore, and renew…A discussion on the means to break through a life-place lacking motivation, joy, purpose, and motivation.

Wheat Grass or Barley Grass Class
Learn how our body functions in a highly oxygenated environment (the brain and all body tissues function at an optimal level in a highly oxygenated environment). Grass juice is 70% chlorophyll–chlorophyll rebuilds the bloodstream.
We will have hands on soaking, sprouting, planting, harvesting, juicing and ways to utilize the natural gift of the land.
